After 15 years as a full-time homemaker—a role she calls her “first masterclass in finance and logistics”—she launched a successful furniture flipping business. Her ability to see the hidden beauty in a piece of furniture translates perfectly to seeing the potential in a home. Monica’s dedication to craftsmanship and her talent for operational organization ensure that our investment projects run smoothly and finish beautifully.

Meet Noe with over a quarter century of experience supporting our National Defense, Noe has built a career on solving complex problems with practical, honest solutions. He holds engineering degrees from NMSU and the Naval Postgraduate School, but his real passion lies in building a stronger community through real estate. Noe’s pragmatic approach ensures that every deal is handled with the same discipline he’s applied to his professional career for over 26 yerars. When he isn’t analyzing the next investment, you’ll find him in the great outdoors—hunting, fishing, or hiking the trails of the region he calls home.
